We cover the majority of mainland UK. If you are living in a remote area and unsure whether we can cover you, contact us by filling in the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page. One of our helpful staff will then be able to confirm for you.
When does my cover start?
Your policy starts on the day we confirm your service plan purchase has been completed. However, there is an initial 28 day period where you cannot log a callout. This is to prevent reporting of pre-existing problems as we only cover sudden failures or breakdowns.
What type of properties do you cover?
We cover all types of residential properties.
What type of boiler and heating systems do you cover?
We generally cover all types of boilers and heating systems. But if you would like to make sure that we cover something specific, please use our ‘Contact Us’ page form to get in touch and we would be happy to confirm for you.
How many times can I log a fault as part of my service?
You can log a fault as many times as is necessary. Our engineers will do their best to resolve issues at the first attempt so no further callouts are needed.
Am I locked into my contract?
No, you can choose to cancel any time you want. We will just charge you for the month you are in and stop your service plan thereafter.
Are there any excess charges for a callout?
No, we do not charge any excess. As part of your service plan, we will pay for any costs up to the amount of £250 to resolve your fault each time you log a callout. But do not worry, it is rare for repairs for the services we provide to exceed this amount.
Please note we can only repair faults, we cannot replace a unit (such as a boiler) that is beyond repair or install new units for you.
In the unlikely event a callout cost goes above £250, you can choose to complete the repair via us and we will invoice you the extra amount separately.
What are your response times?
This will largely depend upon the area you live in, the availability of our tradesmen in the area and the urgency of your call-out. However, we will always aim to have someone attending to your fault within 24 hours.
